Tom and Diane Lyons, Owners 
Tom and Diane moved to Brookfield in 1972.  Tom worked for The Randolph National Bank and Diane was a teacher at the Randolph Village School.  In 1984 they moved to Naples, Florida but still enjoyed returning to their Brookfield home for the summers. In Naples, Tom was employed by Olde Florida Golf Club as Controller for almost 20 years, while Diane was a realtor for Prudential and Downing Frye. 

Neale Wilson, Owner/Executive Chef
Neale grew up on the coast of Maine and always enjoyed cooking with his mother.  He started his career at the Holiday Inn in Portland, ME as a line cook and quickly wore many hats to include banquet set up manager, assistant banquet manager, sous chef and banquet chef. He handled banquets for up to 2,500 people and hosted numerous functions as well as the National Governors Convention and personally cooked for Walter Mondale while he was running for President. Neale also had the opportunity to personally meet President Reagan and Vice President G. H. W. Bush.

He helped to open a few area restaurants as a restaurant consultant (for three years) before venturing to Nashua, NH as the Executive Chef at McNulty & Foley Caterers.  It is there that he met his wife, Lisa, and then moved to Florida.  He held the Executive Chef position at The Marathon Yacht Club in the Keys, before accepting a position at The Ritz Carlton in Naples, FL.  In his over 30 years experience in the food service industry he has worked in every position to include: bus boy, server, banquet set up manager, assistant banquet manager, assistant restaurant manager, general manager in the front of the house and prep cook, line cook, banquet chef, assistant chef, restaurant consultant and over 9 years as an Executive Chef.

Lisa Lyons Wilson, Owner/Manager 
Lisa grew up in Brookfield and after graduating in 1980 from Randolph Union High School attended Gordon College in Wenham, MA.  She lived on Boston’s North Shore for 7 years until moving to Nashua, NH where she met and married Neale and moved to Florida.  Their two children, Beth and Ben, were born and raised in Naples, FL.  While the children were pre-school age, Lisa began waiting tables at Red Lobster and The Club Pelican Bay until the children were school age.  She then worked as an Executive Assistant for the Collier County Public School District for the next 14 years before moving back home to Vermont.
