ABOUT THE LYONS DEN RESTAURANT & PUB

The Lyons Den Restaurant & Pub opened its doors in October 2014 on Prince Street in Randolph, in the building once occupied by Vermont Castings. The former wood stove showroom is now our dining room, and the computer center is our banquet & event room.

A Family Affair

The Den, as referred to by most folks, is a Lyons-Wilson “family affair”. The restaurant is owned and operated by Executive Chef and General Manager Neale Wilson, who is married to Operations Manager Lisa Lyons Wilson, both formerly of Naples, Florida.  Lisa’s parents, Tom and Diane Lyons, also owners, are longtime residents of Brookfield, VT, who help out as needed, when not enjoying their retirement in Florida. Neale and Lisa’s adult children also work at the restaurant.

Three Areas of Service

The Lyons Den offers three areas of service in this 6,000 square foot building, to include:

  1. A Dining Room that seats up to 50 guests serving what we refer to as “casual dining with a touch of class” (linens, candle light, soft music) where we offer a wide variety of American cuisine for any occasion.
  1. A Family Friendly Pub, also seating up to 50 people, offers lighter fare, a full service bar with cocktails, wines by the glass or bottle, 16 beers on tap and a large selection of bottled beers, several TVs and 2 pool tables.
  1. A Banquet & Event Room with a private entrance that can accommodate up to 70 for a buffet dinner. The banquet room also serves as the serving area for our popular All-You-Can-Eat Sunday Brunch (10:30- 2:00 PM) with seating in either the dining room or pub.

We look Forward to Serving You!

The Lyons-Wilson family looks forward to serving you for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, and working with you to arrange a private party or business meeting in our banquet room.
